I'm down to 285lbs with the goal being 260lbs by the end of summer. Probably should've warmed up more on the current setup; I usually do 10 mile rides each day. Still trying to figure out posture and ideal fitment; had to take multiple breaks to rest my back and try to micro-adjust the saddle position.

You should get a bike fit if you’re struggling with discomfort. I had one and it changed my world. r/bikefit might be good for you too!
Great work today!!
Hello fellow South Dakotan. That looks like a great ride
If you’re upper back is hurting. Try adjusting your seat up and/or back. This worked for me. I figured out I was hunching my shoulders because I was too close to my handlebars.
Side note: I’m down to 260lbs from 385lbs. There’s something that happens between 300 and 250lbs that makes you feel like a whole new person. My goal is to be 200ish by the end of the year.
