Sounds a bit high to me, but that’s exactly what you do; list it a bit high expecting to make a deal close to asking price. “Serviced” can mean a $250 service with parts due to wear and fluids due to age, or it could mean a $45 bike wash and bolt check on able that needed more. Ask about the service, and offer $300 if it sounds reasonable.
