Looking for some recommendations for Frames or Build

Some requirements:

– Bike fits a smaller person (1.67m)

– Fits up to 48mm tires

– Room for creativity/tinkering, space for bags, racks, or other accessories

– A bit more on the faster end (not planning to race)

– Like to be aero and ride 7 hours

Photo for context is from an old GCN video about the Transcontinental Race

Last year I built up a Chinese carbon endurance frame in size S with clearance for 40mm tires. Its geo certainly is on the fast, aero and sporty end but not a full on racing bike. Think Giant Defy, Canyon Endurace.

I recently did a 4day, 450km gravel tour and found it to perform quite well. One thing: the very compact frame means my shoes can hit the tire when I steer the bars far enough. On the road this rarely is an issue but on very steep, very slow sand or gravel paths I tend to move the bars more and my feet constantly hit the tire. Next time I would try and find a frame with a larger wheelbase to prevent this issue.
