    Stand up with the bike. Imagine balancing your bike vertical in your rear wheel with you on the pedals. Bars pulled into your lap. Then pull the bike up to you. Can you manual?

    Looks good bro but at age 43 I recently had a concussion (not bike related) and you’re practicing on hard ground, concussions are crap to recover from I missed 2 months of my life, protect your head my dude

    I think you’re on the right track. Remember to manual first, then hop the back wheel up.
