No way this is 2019. The 105 groupset looks old AF.
I don’t know how the US market is at the moment, here this would be worth 300€ max…
WAYYYY overpriced. it’s not even from 2019. the groupset looks like it’s from the mid-2000s.

That is basically the S-works E5 frame that got “down-lined” as aluminum started to fall out of favour at the high end. Pretty sure that is specifically a 2006 or so.
I’ve had the s-works version for over a decade now but purchased it frame only as NOS from a shop for <$500 and this was 10 years ago when the frame was already several years out. No way that complete bike is worth $600, its got high wear and that groupset looks like its on its last legs.
Truly great frame if you are down for a harsh racing frame, though.
