  1. Mate I’ve had the same issues. Are you coming from a smaller/older geo bike?

    I’m far from being an expert but couple of pointers that helped me progress :
    – you round your back /chest drop when you pull, keep the chest proud and look forward, helps with lifting the front.
    – your preload is not explosive enough. It’s a fast movement.
    – you’re not exploding up, again that has to be an explosive movement. Think about jumping high, you have to really explode up.

    Also , I think there are multiple school of thought, but once you improve your preload/explosion, you might notice you don’t need to rock back that much.
