The chain has to bend a little to go to the low and high gears. It is only straight on the middle of the cassette. This doesn’t look wrong at all.

Why are you using a 38t chainring?

Chain line is measured in the middle of the cassette so there being a slight bend is totally normal. Respect for the 38 ring

You can also move one of your BB spacers to the other side this should have a positive effect on chainline. Additionally, you can get a front chainring with an offset inside such as Raceface 🙂

What BB do you have?
Are you sure about the spacer on the BB drive side?
Is it a boost frame?
