Yeah that doesn’t look good, I ‘member the days of everyone stuffing way too much fork into old ’90s MTB frames and this was the mark of death if it showed up at the headtube/downtube weld.

could just be the paint that is cracked
scrape it away, the paint, see if metal is also cracked
25k should not do that, unless you are very heavy , or strong

Well not the smartest girl to give exact terms but I seen those think you call it hairline crack those normally get worst as you you push on climbs best to take to lbs to get closer inspection and proper advise sorry can’t help more 🤗

Next steps Canyon support(logged ticket already) and taking a look at LBS, once they open (scheduling might be tough, timing of this just sucks)
