So… Last night I f'ed up, and pressfitted my BB with the di2 cable still in it. Di2 still works perfectly.
The crank axle fits in without any issue, but it touches the cable. I only need to ride 1600km before I plan to redo the di2 cabling, so it won't be a long-term issue.
If I pack a lot of grease, will it survive?
I don't have another BB to install if I take this one out, and shops near me don't have another one either (I bought the last one yesterday). My only option would be to drive 2h to the closest shop I know for sure has another BB, but I have a lot of other stuff to do and don't really want to.

Have one of your local shops order another BB in. The spindle rubbing on that cable will burn through it eventually if used this way
