The G.O.A.T. of cycling, Eddy Merckx, turns 80.
To celebrate this milestone, Eddy Merckx bikes (part of the Ridley bikes group) organised an 80km gravel event, straight from their hq in Beringen, Belgium.
Over 200 people showed up for a great Sunday on the bike.
This route was designed by Frederik ‘mtbgids’ Engels, and will become the first permanent and signposted gravel route in Belgium. Talk about history in the making!
