Model and year ID?

I plan on purchasing this Brompton this weekend for a great deal. I’m trying to figure out what year and model it is without having access to the serial number. It looks to be like a three speed C-line, since it has fenders and the front carrying block. I’m wondering how old it is because the OEM pump looks older. Also, does the bag look OEM? If so, which one is it?
