I'm looking to replace the long in the tooth Nevegal/Fast Trak setup I've got going on for a faster rolling tire that still has decent puncture resistance. I'll be running tubes. Looking for 2.0-2.2in width. Let me know what you reccomend!

I personally use schwalbe marathon mondial in 2.4″, pretty nice although a pain to mount. I seem to remember them existing in the range you want.
I run Schwalbe G-One Allround in a 700x45c config, but they come in 2.25 width as well. Really nice tires, good on pavement and a surprising amount of grip on dirt and gravel as well. They are actually a great allrounder tire.
With 90% pavement, i’d suggest a 40-45mm slick gravel tire, if you value rolling resistance more then puncture something like a Gravelking Slick, or SS, or Pirelli Cinturato Gravel H. If you want more puncture resistance then look at a Touring tire like a Schwalbe Marathon.
Gravel tires should be okay if “trail” is dirt roads to mild singletrack.
