I ride a Marin alpine trail 7 and I’ve noticed some creaking when I pedal hard or after landing hard especially on the left pedal. The first 2 pics are of my left pedal and the third is my right one. Is there anything I should be concerned about or any maintenance required?

Those are cranks. The bearing they spin on is called the Bottom Bracket (commonly BB). BB’s are a notorious source of creaking.
Pull the chain off the chainring and spin the cranks by hand. If you feel any grinding then you’ve found the problem. Replace the BB.
Pulling it apart and greasing everything usually solves any other creaks. Requires a 8mm hex key and a 16 notch BB tool (Shimano style).
