Trying to figure our a good bike for commute. Found good deal at Dicks. I am 5.7. Ended up looking at two bikes s- Nishiki Pagosa Large and Medium sizes. What struck me is the wheel base. Larger bike has much shorter wheelbase. See pictures. Is it technician who messed it up or real thing? Large bike has pedals almost hiting front wheel and the base is definitely much shorter than medium. Thoughts?

The fork is backwards on the larger bike. Should not be like that
