Anything I should know? He want's just shy of $700 USD for these with the 11-30 Dura Acre cassette and tires and bags. Fair price? Hard to tell looking them up on my own so far.
I'd be putting them on my '97 Litespeed classic that I ride on pavement for fun, exercise, and local races. I know they are racier than I need, but I want something sexy and aero becasue I can more than becasue I need it. Just want to make sure these don't have known issues or stupid price.

$700 sounds steep for used, rim brake, QR, HG, carbon wheels…
Do those have the carbon wrap over the alloy braking surface?
Or is that a full carbon wheel?
Personally I’d never ride a full carbon rim again.
But they model they made with the carbon wrap over the breaking surface was great.
That seems like way too much for 10+ year old wheels that can be faked with several decent decals. I’d steer clear.
I’d ask for a picture of the brake track on the rear wheel. The close up provided is for the front I believe. The rear is certain to have taken the worse wear. And I would offer $500 tops.
Those look like they may be tubular rims/tires. Can you verify if this is the case. If so, they are not worth more than $300. If they are clinchers with no damage, then maybe $500.
I can’t tell if these are the same bearing tension mechanism that they used to have but it was pretty bad. They gave you a tool to spin s cap and then you have to make sure the QR doesn’t over clamp the bearings and bind them. It’s a pain in the ass to get just right with no play and you have to keep doing it. They are also nothing special on the inside either. Unimpressive for what they cost new.
Those are sick wheels but I’d say like 300/400.
You can get a new pair of hunt carbon rim brakes for 800:

Mine were Heliums. I can’t see from the diagram—they have a tension ring with holes in it that a plastic wrench fits into. Those look like they are from later on, I can’t see the ring.
You can get brand new Elitewheels edge wheels that are wider, have an unworn brake track, lighter, use a dt swiss style ratchet hub, and are fully carbon for that money. A used dura ace cassette and a used pair of tires don’t add that much to my eyes. Assuming USD, they’re $600 from Ali Express and the factory makes them when you order. You could get a cassette for the difference, and you’re going to want new tires anyway. Plus the edge setup tubeless easily.
The dude’s price is probably double where I would have to be for those wheels to make sense.
