I don’t know much about modern Merckx frames, but they were decent back in the day. The drivetrain and wheels are easily worth €600 alone, but at that price I’d be sure to double check the frame for any damage.

Yes, it has a carbon frame and a good groupset. Ask for the model number on the crank arm; some models have known issues. You can find more information on this on Shimano’s website. I’m not familiar with the wheels, but it has fast Continental tires. Obviously, check for wear and tear.
