Hello everyone, I noticed that this part is a bit broken and there’s a little bit of play when I move my handlebars (hard to notice, I have to force a lot). Should I be worried? I have had my Brompton for 3 and a half years.
That the top seal from the FSA series of headsets it’s rubber and they wear out nothing to worry about. If you have wobble however your headset may need a little adjustment which for the age of the bike is expected, easy job to do though with the right tools or ten minutes at a bike shop.

looks like u just need to tighten the quill bolt. if u have no knowledge or tool to set the stem precisely, bring it to the nearest Brompton dealer. over-torqued quill could lead to cracked fork steerer tube, rarely happen to steel fork but common mistake on Titanium fork done by home mechanic / tinkerer.
