I did it on my endurace. but mine is from 2023, looks basically exactly the same as your picture (I’m too uncertain to cut the steerer).
I think the new endurace cf7 has a standard stem, but this is also possible with that.
If you have the pictured setup, you just need to make sure that the spacers align in the little dots which holt them the correct way because of the unique shape.
Even if it’s possible: I could never.
You’re buying the endurace to have a more comfortable position and then you want to slam the stem…
