2023 soloist with Force groupset. Overall great and reliable bike until recently.
The front crank came loose on a long ride. Stopped at a LBS and torqued it to spec.
2 weeks later happened again in a group ride. Ended up bringing it to an LBs for a tune up.They said they torqued it and added lock rite gel.
Lo and behold, 2 weeks later it happened during a grand Fondo and had to blind torque it. While I was okay for the most part. It sounded a little creaky at times.
It came loose again and it’s seemingly hopeless. Any idea what I can do?

Your spindle is probably worn and toast. Just had it happen to me because of too much grit getting past the seams of my BB. New cranks and BB. Not terrible at around $300.
Try tightening the crank bolt to torque spec
Thats a whole crank arm. Not just the chainring
Back off the preload collar on the LH side so the RH crank can engage onto the axle fully. Torque the main bolt to spec. After that tighten the preload collar to eliminate any side to side play. If it comes loose again then either the axle or RH crank arm is flogged out and needs replacing.
