Looks like it might not be quite set, so maybe get the link pliers out and finish the job. Other than that it looks right to me, though.
Sometimes in summer I have to put quick link In a freezer or on a ice cube for 10 seconds and handle with gloves so it can lock in place I know this sounds weird but it always works
These quick links are single use according to the manufacturers.
With that said it doesn’t look fully locked. If you don’t have the pliers, sit on the bike and pedal. You should hear it click
Put it between the front derailleur and cassette. Stomp on the pedal.
Take it off and check for grit in the mating part, also look for burrs or a distorted (dented) slot.
