    It’s probably not ChatGPT – from my experience with their customer service, it appears they use Zendesk. You can set macros up for tickets to respond to inquiries in a particular manner rather than wasting time formulating a response – someone in CS would have set the templates up to be phrased generically.

    I’m frankly more bemused that you think Santini and Ale are MAAPs competitors.
