all right guys how to fillet a speckled sea trout so first thing we’re going to do is cut behind the head here at a 45 degree angle just down to the spine they’re soft fish you don’t have to press real hard once you get down to here we’re going to come right along the top of the backbone big femo full of eggs once again 45° on this side come right down the backbone let it ride all the way down there you go now we’re going to take the ribs out real quick here got those out now we’re going to run right down and just take the skin off two nice trap fillets ready for the Deep
