My first bike!

After 20+ years or so of not owning a bike. I just went on a ride for the first time with it today. I went about 2 hours or so maybe 10-12 miles. It was so incredibly fun to be on a bike again. I definitely have to get familiar with the 3×8 gears and add some upgrades to the bike with lights, new seat, phone holder, maybe a cargo rack. But overall, such a fun ride!

Bike: Marin Fairfax SC2 (found on FB marketplace for $250).
Helmets: I’m indecisive and bought two just in case as the ones I liked weren’t available near me to try on in person. I got the Specialized Align II and the Thousand Chapter MIPS.
