Hello all. I am looking to get into biking. I will mostly be riding around my neighborhood so asphalt and maybe some light trails. The pictures included are from someone selling two trek bikes for $400. I believe the blue and black bike is a fx 2. I’m not 100% positive tho. Is anyone able to tell me what each bikes is and which one you would get? Is it worth $400?thanks!

What size bike are you looking for? I’m newbie myself and looking to buy. The FX 2 Gen 3s are going for a great deal right now but I believe they are out of large size which is what I need. If you are medium or XL I would say $400 is too much second hand and you would be better getting it new instead. I am just a newbie myself though so I’d be playing it safe as I couldn’t tell what gen FX 2 it is or whether it’s falling apart or not
