Greetings. Yes, it's just a Schwinn…lol. But I ride 2-3x a year maybe…trying to get more active. Was in the middle of a tube change, and I noticed something wonky on rear tire.
Is this fixable? Can I just bend it back, if it's been pushed in? Or is it an adjustment that needs to be made by loosening something?
When I spin it all, the chain makes noise and something is making contact with spokes…

You might want to get it checked out if you don’t have a derailleur alignment tool. Also the condition of the chain and cassette is also concerning. Very rusty and needing lube at a minimum, replacement likely
