Had similar noise on my bikes, both times it was because of the pedals and i solved it by adding grease on pedal thread. Give it a try before taking apart the rest or look if the chain is rubbing on the front derailleur.
Have had this and it has been solved by cleaning the pedal threads and adding a touch of grease
However the curve ball on this is that its surprising how often this can be the saddle rails creaking in the housing under the saddle and can be solved by the smallest spray of something like GT85
