Picture is so tiny, I can’t make out any details. But it’s a steel frame and fork which is cool. If it’s in decent condition and fits you it’s worth the price. It’s new enough for easy replacement parts, doesn’t look to be too hammered. After initial service it should be a reliable bike. Bar tape and rim sidewalls looks clean, maybe it hasn’t been used much and is ready to ride. I’d buy it for that price.
