  2. Kind of depends on you. Rule of thumb is to keep it level but some people will tilt it downward slightly, like 2 degrees or so, to help roll their pelvis and hips forward which opens things up. Some people, like Lachlan Morton of Team EF, take this to the extreme though. It doesnt look TOO slanted so if you don’t find yourself sliding forward on the saddle, or don’t feel much pressure on your hands, I’d say you are fine.

  3. Yes it does point downwards. But bike fit is individual. Use google for “where to start” advice for a diy bikefit.
