Look really the same – hard to say without specs. But I like the lean look of the specialized better.

Honestly I would try to save another 500 and get a bike that’s ~7 years newer than either of these. You’ll be replacing stuff on these often and it will be hard to get parts for them, that will prob cost you 500 itself if you go with either of these.
If you’re set on these, go with the trek it has a dropper post already. Tho the spec is all original parts and looks like it’s literally never been ridden.

I’d go look at a new hardtail, I bet with just a bit more money you could get a much better & newer bike! 🤘🏼🔥
