2025 Honda X-ADV Italy to Slovenia : Honda Day 3 in Croatia | The Balkan Adventure 🇭🇷

Day 3, the grand finale of this wild Honda adventure through Slovenia, Croatia, and Italy.
For the last leg, I’m riding on the futuristic 2025 Honda X-ADV 750 and this thing still surprises me.

From twisty coastal roads to city streets in Trieste 🇮🇹, we soak up the Italian vibes, grab a good espresso, and even line up for a cheeky drag race against a Honda Africa Twin Adventure Sports.
Not saying who won… but let’s just say DCT knows how to move. 😏

This day wraps up 3 countries, 3 bikes, 3 transmissions — and a lot of laughs.
What a way to end this Balkan blast.

view holy moly look at that thing yo guys welcome back to the channel and welcome back to 7:00 in Tieste which is a small town in Italy welcome back to the Honda A2 adventure we started in Slovenia in uh I always forget the name Luana lu Luana Ljubljana then we went into Croatia and now we’re actually in Italy and in today’s video I will be riding the X8V yeah it’s going to be fun europe’s most sold adventure motorcycle this one uh and also something cool to know the designer of the Africa Twin is also the designer of the X8V it’s an adventure bike because it has adventure foot pegs you can put your foot over there foot over there and you also have optional adventure foot pegs so you can stand up when riding off road so without any further ado let’s go to the helmet boys and just like that we are back on the helmet ladies and gentlemen uh oh this Italian girl came over and you know uh because with the X8V look at that press the button thing goes open you have to be the mule because you have like some storage down there smokey can you can I put my rain jacket in there yeah of course god dang and uh also the most satisfying thing about the X80V is when I press this button ah look at that the fuel cap oh yeah so satisfying i kind of love this thing though uh I know it looks like a scooter some people call the scooter but it’s actually a UTV X80V style thing like I said so uh also a funny thing if you want to use the handbrake this is the handbrake because this is a DCT bike so you have to like yank it like that now the bike is stuck when you want to leave pow do it like that which also means I don’t have anything to shift so this is a rear brake this is a front brake it is what it is let’s get the hell out of here and uh let’s go into the mountains what a stunning view to start today with Italy sunshine small harbor speed bump no worries with that on our way to triest Oh oh oh this is a this is sketchy seriously hope this is a a oneway ticket here what in the world is that ah the noise the noise of the of the rumbling Honda engines yes yes and did I want to say that is um today is a very special day because this morning at 6:30 a.m honda has sold their 500 millionth motorcycle yes a very special very special occasion 500 million motorcycles today at 6:30 that is wild that is absolutely wild what in the world is she walking it over there and limping just call an ambulance god damn that is dangerous anyway uh like I said before uh we have a front brake on the right we have the rear brake on the left so what do you mean Smokey we don’t have a clutch of course we do not have a clutch it is a DCT thingy which means like I said I can finger blast it now normally with my uh Han Africa Twin when I want to finger blast it it’s all the way in the back here uh down there is the uh uh upshift button and on the X8V it’s up here so I can go down like that and then be like it’s not in sport if it’s in sport it’s a lot wom look at that and it is so silky smooth the engine that is what I like about it i know some of you guys like it’s not a motorcycle it’s a scooter and I Yeah i kind of have the same opinion looking at it but still it is classified as an adventure motorcycle uh so yeah screw you guys it is a motorcycle it’s not a scooter that is a scooter this is a UTV X8V 750 DCT all right Slovenia uh there was some Italian police over there just sticking up their hand and saying hello but uh yeah we’re crossing the border once again and it’s just a sign it is a sign but there are some police officers look at that they’re just waving but because that’s Italy and this Slovenia that’s how fast it goes just like one cup car being like “Hello,” and that’s it you got to love European borders you got to love them this is the perfect road for a time lapse because I mean I always thought Slovenia and the Balkans were like you know the Slavs the guys squatting down having vodka with shitty roads everybody going to the bar with their horse and a carriage or their cow with a carriage behind it or something but it’s not look at this just look at this [Music] ah at this point I wish I was not in a group i would just I would just take out the drone here and and fly around like a bird absolutely god dang it what a view what a view look at that ah I love it already all right uhhuh gratzer a castle in 500 meters that’s where we’re going that is the first castle that we will be seeing and normally we have a vision all over the mountain side that’s got to be cool boom oh oh oh oh very slippery rocks rocks on the road scary scary got to be careful there oh yeah there’s not a lot of castle left there but anyway let’s uh let’s check it out i like that i like that a lot i mean the X80V is looking goddamn nice the the view we got over here god dang look at that no don’t look at the influencers look at the view look at the view guys and uh what’s also very special about this is you can see Italy right over there you can see Croatia right over there and underneath my feet that’s Slovenia i was just talking to Mario over there he’s Italian his English is as good as my Italian is which is uh absolutely the worst ever and he’s like “How do you like it?” I was like “Yeah I I like it very much.” it how do you say you have the three position the feet you have the one you have the two you have the three and when you only have the one on that bike I have the how do you say the cramp the cramp i was like “Yeah cramps.” I know i know about it and with this you sit in the front it is a sport without the cramp you sit like that it is a It is okay thanks Mario please never change never change Mario uh back on the road that was castle one and I just got to the thoughts that I don’t think I actually recorded the castle um yeah um went to see the castle came for the castle saw the views and I was like “Views views views.” All right i forgot to record the castle maybe I have it on the drone shots i have to check it out if it is I’ll show you but I I don’t think I don’t think I have anything of the castle anyway up to Castle 2 which I might or might not record depending on the view that is around it you know that feeling when you’re driving your car and at the moment you’re just like you know what i’m just going to park it right over there because that is where I park my car that is the second car that is in a ditch in the middle of freaking nowhere like strange very very strange i’ve seen a couple of these cars like sitting in ditches like why are they’re there and why are why does it looks that they’re there for like weeks or something i don’t know but anyway let’s floor this thing let’s go oh yeah yeah x80v ain’t no slouch uh like I said I do understand if you don’t have a glitch it’s not really a motorcycle but it is so much fun to drive so much fun though i don’t know what going on but the girl is turning back does she have her passport or what is what is going on car is horning she almost got stuck on her car what is wrong with these ladies god dang it anyway I think we’re going back into Italy I think so uh hola I have no idea ah we’re back in Italy italia ah I can’t do the thingy anymore with the hand because that means like god dang it sorry for the Italian i ever used it before but I have no idea what was just going on like she just stops and turns around and almost get hit by a car i don’t know anyway I don’t really care i’m on the I’m on X8V i don’t care about the ladies anymore i’m here to ride bikes finger blasting pow pow pow pow you’re not saying hello because it’s it’s not a motorcycle it’s a motorcycle come on guys i mean come on no it’s not nobody’s putting up their hands because it’s a scooter it’s not a scooter guys it’s the most sold adventure motorcycle in Europe they’re not sticking out their hand god dang it ah so saddening this so saddening i was just having a blast and now it’s all gone self-esteem down the drain we are in a big city and I’m driving a big X8V so I have to ride this like the broken guys in Brussels go down a couple gears have an open exhaust and be like got to let them know I have 750 cc’s here I am let’s go let’s go that’s how these guys ride like here we are here we are to make sure I do not end up under these wheels yes here I am look at me everybody oh look at me a girl a girl yeah I’m getting the city vibes on the on the X8V already like I said the only thing I need is a big open exhaust oh really get that front up like every time like full throttle let’s go yeah there’s a there’s a thing I like swerve into the traffic like this and like the Brazilian kids i’m going to behave i’m going to behave trist everybody all right sure looks like a tourist attraction oh what was that not really a tourist attraction because I don’t see any Chinese i mean besides the smell in cities and the criminals and the dirt and noise i mean it’s not It looks kind of cool i mean the other side though let me know in the comments if you’re like me that you absolutely do not prefer to go into the big cities i like the countryside the peace the quiet this is just it’s just way too many people here it’s also very loud and too many cars you can’t really can’t really uh relax here but you do see a lot of people not that I always want to see like a lot of people but now I do know a lot about motorcycles and I also do know some stuff about yachts you see the gray and white yacht in the background right there well that’s actually uh sailing yacht number A uh it’s called number A and it’s a 143 m and it’s owned by a Russian billionaire named Andre Milchenko yeah Loki does know his yachts just take a picture of a yacht and throw it in CHP and ask who the owner is it will tell you city center of Triest not bad not bad [Music] here you go little buddy she lost my biscuit but she’s going to bring another one though can’t have tea without the biscuit how the hell does it work latte oh yeah look that because I have just latte this is latte english breakfast tea the the coffee too like that very nice very nice that is good though i just put myself on the ground here the the ladies have like an idea to do some Tik Tok matilda is not Matilda and my Italian friend they’re not they’re not into that but I don’t know what’s going on but I don’t know some Tik Tok i absolutely missed that boat i just And Dave is also not happy look at Dave look Dave dave is like “What the is going on?” He said 5 minutes it’s like 15 now nothing is happening yeah half an hour later and they’re still making Tik Toks god dang it time for some uh bad badass music and some awesome footage interest let’s go recording videos with the police behind us uh not really sure if this is a good idea until the lights go on uh I think it is [Music] we’re taking over with the Honda crew look at that we’re taking over absolutely not taking over anything but god dang it now I’m tired i want to go for a nap but we cannot we cannot this is by far the wildest event I have ever done i have seen almost 15 women get run over they do not look at the cars whatsoever if they’re doing photo shoots cars warning almost running over them like this is wild this is this is this is new to Uncle Smokey good times though very for the ladies but uh god dang it they do scare the living crap out of me golly Italian police thank you chowo chiao ciao ah they’re the best they’re absolutely the best i like Italian police italian police ladies indeed these guys spray painting here the smell here the smell is like great all right all right chowo chow chow chow it’s the only Italian I know though anyway up to the mountains because uh we got to do another photo shoot uh almost up the mount and that ship though that Russian ship yeah that thing has been stuck here for three years anybody knows more about that ship i know it’s like uh the the Russian oligarch turns out to be good friends with Putin and that’s why the Italians actually seized the ship and somebody said here that costing like 12 million euros for the for the last 3 years just to keep it here or something like that i don’t know but pretty crazy circumstances here i’m waiting for the next photo shoot i can’t get over the thing how satisfying the guest camp is [Music] oh yeah so satisfying though should have built that on my Africa twin [Music] oh oh oh oh scary situations here jenny to the rescue did already say she has two world Guinness records just passes yeah sure give the thumbs up great success great success god dang it oh hold her so she just doesn’t these ladies two Italian guys over here and all the ladies somebody’s going to get pregnant for sure this week i said with the suit not with the suit it’s going to be like that mhm yeah let’s go to the next castle and this time I will try try to actually record the castle that we go to that might be a good thing this time [Music] let’s see if we can get the top speed out of it four gear full throttle let’s go let’s go long road long road yep car is going to pass fifth gear woo woo sixth gear passing by here smokey 150 come on a little bit down here come on come on come on right we got like 2 and a half thousand RPMs left 151 153 ah nah it’s like stuck at like 153 i just figured out we’re going to Pajama Castle it’s about a 3 km ride still let’s check out the pajama oh yeah parking lot parking lot holy moly look at that thing how the hell did they build that crazy smokey investigates look at that there’s even some water down there got the castle up there and my favorite animals of all time goats i really like goats oh there’s like a baby goat there as well you see that small one over there ah and I do know a couple of things about the castle i’m just kidding i absolutely had to ask it but the castle was first mentioned in 1274 uh with the German named Lue uh when the patriarch of Achila built the castle in Gothic style nice visit to Libyana Castle which is actually pretty nice building next up push of the button next up back to the hotel yeah it’s almost the end of this trip that makes this a smoky god dang ah just the road the road going down from Lubana Castle is just so so relaxing corner after corner and yet again great pavement great pavement against Slovenia you guys are doing god dang well congratulations on having roads better as Belgiums yeah I mean these are not the most fluent and the quickest turners turners what the hell are turners uh corners that you take that you turn you turn into a corner but I mean with the views this is epic this is sometimes it doesn’t need to go fast the older I get the slower actually want to go back in the day with the with the motorcycle brand we shall not name uh the only thing I wanted to do is go fast go really really really fast and the older I get the only thing I want to do is ride not I still ride kind of fast though not ridiculously fast and suck up the environment and what’s happening that is a lot better oh that is Yeah I thought so i thought so i thought so that is Yeah we got to fight our hands ladies and gentlemen yeah yeah this is bad yeah we got issues yeah I know sometimes it might not be the best thing to keep uh cars going slow so everybody can pass but Yeah good anyway anyway I was saying good views nice people had a good laugh with all the girls lot of Oh he’s going very wide oh you idiot oh he was going very very wide that is bad that is bad i’m going to pass him anyway not sure if wants to push me but Oh no it’s just an old guy going absolutely mental dude slow down don’t get pissed don’t get pissed stay calm stay calm nothing to worry about stay calm because you might end up in the ditch you’re already on the other side of the road so calm down man calm down why is everybody so stressed stressed in their car in Slovenia god dang it there’s no need there’s absolutely no need just taking it in taking it in the last couple of minutes last couple of minutes in Slovenia absolutely love it but it kind of does look a little bit like Germany am I wrong saying this i like Austria probably because they’re very close to each other but I mean or or isn’t Germany close to this place i I’m very bad at geography i said it again but very nice very nice indeed nice river and also the water is clean where I live in Belgium we when we have rivers all our rivers stink and look brown and you can’t even see the bottom and over here you can see the bottom might not be a good idea to drink of it but still the water does look a lot cleaner for sure let’s check out
