I bought a set of wheels for my 2010 Specialized Tarmac, but I found it does not rotate freely and I wanted to inspect if it was too tight or what could be wrong, also to learn how to maintain it in the future
I’m unable to remove the screw inside, though I think the bearing runs great
This issue is that when I put the freewheel in, does not rotate that freely, am I doing something wrong? Should I grease the freewheel? Can I make this better?
Thanks!

It’s a Mavic hub that uses a bushing. It’s light yellow and mounted on the inboard side of the freehub. It needs to be oiled with the same light oil that goes on the pawls.
If the freehub binds up, it may be missing the slim stainless washer that should be on the axle in between the freehub and hub shell. They’re easy to lose!
