Hi! This year I bought my new Canyon Grail CF SL 7. I've been obsessed with it! Such a nice bike.
For some time now I've been thinking about trying out triathlon training. Buying new bike is kinda pricey, and I already have a quite universal one. So GPT said that just new tyres would be enough. My mind is on Pirelli P Zero Race TLR 28" Road Tyre.
What are your thoughts on tyres? And do you think I'll need to replace anything else?

Gravelking slicks all the way up to 43mm wide or GP5000 35mm. Take advantage of the extra frame clearance and enjoy a much better ride. I personally went with the Gravelking 43mm slicks for city riding and you barely feel any rough pavement.
P zero race is a solid tire. There’s some other good options like gp5000, Vittoria Corsa pro speed etc. I’d recommend around 30mm if you’re going to race on it but you can go wider for more comfort if you’re mainly going to use it for training
I did the same thing. Another set of wheels to make switching over easier and some road tires and it’s an amazing road bike. I went with p-zero race tor 32s but any high quality road tire will do.
I found the pzero TLR impossible to get on the rims, I have an ultimate with not too dissimilar wheels to these (by appearance)
I gave up, got conti gp5000 and they went on easily.
Still got the pzero in my garage doing nothing
32-35mm tyres are optimal for comfort and speed. I’d go with Conti 5000, but Pirellis are also great!

I would probably go with gp 5000 S tr, 32 mm. You also may want to tilt down your saddle, unless you like the sensation.
There’s the grail cockpit with the gear groove but I don’t think you have that. Then you could mount a tt aero extension.
