Hello, I’m planning to replace my wheel, and since I’m currently using rim brakes, I wanted to make sure that this wheel’s rim is designed to work with rim brakes. That’s why I’m reaching out to ask. Thank you!
Hard to say for certain its not a brilliant photo and doesn’t give a decent view of the side of the rim. Might have a brake track but it might be a smooth sidewall.
If it has a smooth sidewall probably not but if it has a brake track definitely yes

You photo is not clear enough to be sure, but, it appears to me not to have a brake track
If it is a complete wheel you get, I think components are selected for eighter rim or disc brakes. At least on the hub, I can see 6 threaded holes for it. I tried to mark them, sorry for the crappy arrows.

Instead of looking at the brake track, another way to find out: on the hub, are there threads to hold a disc? (either 6 threads for 6-bolt discs or a single large thread for centerlock discs)

Yes. Looks like it.
