Finding it challenging to gauge the value on this bike and whether or not the seller is being reasonable with the price. It seems a little steep but perhaps I’m totally out to lunch, as I haven’t bought a used bike since 2019.
Not 100% sure on the year but I believe it’s a 2008 and seems like the owner has taken very good care of it.
Seller is asking $750 (Canadian currency).

No that is too high. 15 year old bike…. Maybe like 400-450 and have them turn the tires around the right way for you.
Tri cross is an older model with rim brakes, for this price you can get a nice used full carbon hydraulic disc model (we have a 19′ TCX 1×11 locally for $800…)
is the seat stay meant to be like that or is that a dent
