If so, did it take long to resolve?
I got a ‘your bike has shipped’ notification and then when I checked, saw this. Been like it for over 24 hours now.
Given I originally had a delivery date of as early as 2nd October, but now have no date at all, I’m a bit worried my new bike is about to go on a lengthy trip into customs/UPS delivery limbo… 😬

Nope but I hope they will stop using UPS in the future, where I live they don’t know how to deliver a package, a nightmare. That was just a useless rant. Try to call them and if you can get the number of the UPS center close to where you live that will do the delivery it is better than the service center that is somewhere in the world and has no idea what is happening.
