Sadly no bike shops seem to have any stock, does anyone have or know where I can find a new 16" – 349 Tyre around Innsbruck?

Sorry to hear! Have you tried VELOFLOTT in Innsbruck or DIE BIKE BOX in Hall, which should be about 20mins by train. Maybe you could call them. Fingers crossed!
