Is this bike any good for 450€?

Ho everyone, this is a Bianchi Alivio 2x9sp Magma 9.2 (link) I've found used near me (Italy). The seller listed it for 560€ but I managed to lower the price to 450€.

The bike should fit (it's an M, 48 and I'm 175cm tall) and it would be my first "good" bike; currently I have a 10yo Bottecchia with a bad freewheel and that doesn't even have disk brakes, so this should be a nice upgrade right?

I don't want to do heavy off-road with it, just easy mountain trails, road and possibly a little bit of bikepacking (100km trip at maximum over a couple days).

What do you think? I would love your opinion 😁
