Hi,
I was given this bike as a gift but I'm not great with bicycles or bicycle knowledge and so I feel it would be best with someone else who knows how to get the most out of it and how to take care of it.
I'd like to know exactly what it is and everything about it in a "TLDR" basically, so that I can sell it on for what it's worth at a fair and good price. Also where the best place to sell it would be (based in the Midlands UK).

Dunno the UK market, but this is probably a $200-$300 used bike in the US.
It’s close, but maybe not exactly, this: https://www.specialized.com/us/en/secteur-sport-disc/p/49977?color=149501-49977 So you can get an idea of the specs.
It’s got disc brakes and decent tire clearance so it’s not obsolete or anything and can be a great ride for another decade, easily. You should consider keeping it and learning the upkeep as you go!
