Visiting and picking up the Forestal Siryon in Andorra at the Forestal Technology Center. The day after the first visit we went to ride the Forestal Siryon in Bikepark Vallnord and on high mountain trails.

the frame and then you go to uh let’s say the aesthetic masking where it’s here or we are going to uh do free kind of masking according to the various colour stage that we are to paint the ceiling there is 26 stages it’s a four color for color frame so for every color you need to mask and mask yeah you need to product you need to cure the paint it’s a dark so the paint that we use is a water bowl so we are using barely no solvent so it’s a solvent-free process and uh we are i think in the world we should be one of the one of the first okay trying to industrialize that process here you have a two liquid booth painting two liquid paint roof okay we are using so this room is pressurized okay so you have air coming in that is sucked out through the painting booth okay and there is a water content that collects all the particles of the paint this floor here is used for assembly and packaging so right now we have i think six desks but we can we can go up to 20 and the way in which we assemble bikes here is one mechanic one bike the mechanic receives from one side the frames that come from the floor below from the painting and from another side we see what we call the picking of the day which is all the components that are needed to be used to assemble that like depending on the production orders so let’s say today we assemble syrian neon size medium also when we will be
