MTBer here. A dropper post really helps with staying on the bike on trails gnarlier than a well kept fire road.
Swapping to flat pedals for certain rides helps people with confidence. No more worrying about being able to unclip in time.
Any more mods and it’s not a gravel bike anymore. Deep down you already know you need one more bike. Just one more.
