Tires are absolutely fine. That flat section is for riding on the road.
If you have money burning a hole in your pocket, support your local bike shop and buy more tires. But, you don’t need it.
Not needed yet. You could downsize from 47mm to like 38 if you want to go a bit faster. I preferred the 38 on my Rove.
When i got my bike i bought some dt swiss off velomine. Good site for cheaper wheelsets if you’re going to upgrade.
What are your goals in upgrading?
The slick middle part is by design. If you want a different tread, then by all means, get new tires. Also, you should not ride around with the lock on your frame like that.
