the tire just isn’t seated onto the rim properly. deflate the tube, spray some soapy water on the tire and see if it helps the tire bead seat to the rim when reinflating it. it helps to over pressurize the tube a bit like 5 psi over

This looks like the tyre and not the rim.
Let the tyre down, spray in some bike cleaner into either side of the rim and pump it up to the max (will say on the side of the tyre)
E: actually I’m not 100% sure each way but if you can feel it when you ride it’s more likely to be a poorly seated tyre than a slip in the rim

Have you removed and reseated the tire? It doesn’t look properly seated on the rim.
Let most of the air out of the tube/tire. Then try move around the section that isn’t properly seated. Then reinflate.
If that doesn’t work, I’d suggest watching a video on how to change a tire and tube. Then remove and reinstall the tube and tire. It’s an important skill to know for maintaining a bicycle, even causally.

Assuming the rim is round (check this first), then reseat the tyre. Deflate so that you can unseat the tyre bead from the rim by pinching from both sides. (Ir use both thumbs one side & alternate) Work your way around the tyre until it looks good. Inflate a little and roll the wheel with some weight applied. Check again , and if ok inflate to full pressure ( rinse and repeat if not). Marking flat spit with chalk might help as a visual guide ( not 100% necessary)
