There's a rack (https://www.basil.com/en/front-carrier-l-black.html) that is advertised to support up to 22lbs I want to attach to a bike (https://www.prioritybicycles.com/products/eight) that has a carbon fork. While I don't plan on loading the front rack with the maximum advertised weight, I do plan on using the front rack to transport groceries, so I will be loading the front rack up. Should I swap out the carbon fork for one of the 3 other types of materials? Would swapping out the fork matter if the bulk of the weight will be attached at the front axle? Some of the weight will still be on the handlebars, but most will be on the axle. What should I do? Should I swap just to be on the safe side? If I should swap, where can I buy suitable replacements?

If you have to ask, titanium.
But that rack doesn’t appear to rely on the fork at all. So it would just be for style
I have that rack on my Dutch Batavus. It will not work with your priority. It is designed for upright style bikes with long head tubes and high bars. Also the lower attachment is for nut and bolt axles. It won’t work with through axels or quick release.
