I’ve been consistently doing 10miles a day but my neighborhood and surrounding areas I ride are nothing but incline for the most part how are these results for 2 weeks of on and off 10 mile rides?
Your heart rate is sky high. Are you really young?

Good on you! If you are averaging 182bpm either your hr monitor is wack, you are 20, or you are pushing super hard. Going hard is good. Going hard every time usually isn’t recommended. But maybe most importantly have some fun

That is a pretty normal cruising pace for most people who aren’t cycling for sport.
2 weeks is nothing in terms of consistency though and I wouldn’t expect any results at this point.

182bpm average?
Like I hit that as a high and I worry about dying… I couldn’t imagine that as my average

The average heart rate of 182 and average speed of 12.7 doesn’t make any sense unless you’re biking up a thirteener. Since you’re bike a lake and it looks completely flat there is something is off.

At this point, if you had fun and made it home safe, that’s a good ride. Tracking metrics can easily become chasing a dragon. Just focus on your form and putting in the hours.
