So I just found this 2019 Fuji Roubaix 1.1 online. The specs are in the pictures, basically an alloy bike with carbon fork and ultegra and 105 mix parts. Weight is about 8kgs.
Would this be a good buy for my first roadbike considered the condition is okay?

I think it’s a pretty good deal! The rim brakes are a limiting factor. Modern road bikes are more comfortable with wider tyres (30 or even 32 mm), but they are more expensive, too. Here you might be able to fit 28 mm. The handlebar has a large reach and drop, make sure the bike is not too big for you. OTOH, if it turns out to be, you can remediate the situation with a more compact handlebar.
