It won’t cause issues shifting once you file the burrs off, but as it stands now you might snag a bit.
Those flaws aren’t horrible by themselves. The main focus should be how well a new chain meshes with all the teeth. Given the amount of anodizing still on the chainring, it’s probably sufficiently new that you needent worry. But you should still verify with a chain.
