So my girlfriend bought a new bike a she is complaining of occasionally having issues shifting from the two highest gears to a lower gear.
We took of the chain and tried shifting up and down.
When recording front derailleur is on the small ring therefore not allowing cross chaining to the smallest ring on the cassette – this is not the problem btw – the rear derailleur behaves the same with the front derailleur on the large ring.
High and low limits are set correctly.
Thoughts?

have you played with the paddles? There is a little button that slows for mice adjustments.
Easier whenn it’s in a stand
Low battery or firmware update perhaps. Doubtful for either but two things to consider
