  1. Are you running tubeless? Did you inject tubeless sealant when setting up the bike? Blue tape looks like tubeless tape to me.

  2. That is rim tape for a tubeless setup. Doesn’t look like you have any sealant, which would explain the flats.

    Rimtape is messed up but that won’t affect your tubes. Why are you getting flats? Same tube? Are you sure it doesn’t have pinholes?

    Freshen up the rim tape, that certainly can’t hurt. Are you getting pinch flats or from debris? Check your tire pressure before every ride. Run it a little higher if it’s a pinch flat.
