In a rabbithole! Need some experience and feedback on bike choice

Hi,

I have been down one rabbithole after another and am beginning to want to just flip a coin.

I have narrowed things down a bit to the bike options.

I am signed up for a weekend ride mid July; 100 miles round trip. 50 there and 50 back; self-supporting.

I am looking at several bikes.

1. Niner RLT 9 Steel 2 Star Rival. 1 x 12 I think. size 47.

2. Co-Motion Ochoco size 46 steel https://co-motion.com/collections/bikes/products/ochoco expensive! $4400 ish plus

3. Taking advice for LBS, they have a frame from Soma Buena Vista Mixte size 42 with custom build. probably expensive. It has quick release hubs and not sure if the style is right for bike touring.

4. All-City Spacehorse microshift size 46 I think there is one left. I can swap out groupset and handlebars and still end up spending the same as the other three bikes.

Any thoughts?
