I am loving this bike. Got the RSL aero bars put on right away. The bike deserves them and IMO should come standard with them.
It feels like a magic carpet ride. Extremely fast and responsive, almost twitchy. Very comfortable for a Madone and going up inclines is so much easier than past gens. It just makes you want to pedal. Keeping speed seems rather easy.
Probably will upgrade the FD and rotor to Ultegra. Wheels/Tires I'll ride until the tires are ready for a change and then I'll probably go with some GP5000s.

If you get the chance to try on the new 2025 Velocis shoes that Trek just released, do it. Noticeable improvement from the previous model. Feet breathe a little better but not too much, little more toe room, really nice bottom influenced by their highest end shoe model, and double BOA.
They nailed this one at the price point. Bang for your buck. I would recommend choosing one of the three Trek insole options with the shoe. The insole the shoe comes with is decent but is noticeably better with a superior insole that fits your feet.
